Media Buyer (Remote)

Job Overview

CoTrain is seeking an experienced Media Buyer for an 8 Figure e-commerce client with high-growth potential and a enterprise marketing team.

A Media Buyer in this role will manage paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube, focusing on performance, scaling, and efficient customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across major platforms

• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and performance monitoring

• Collaborate with creative teams to align creative with performance goals

• Analyze metrics including CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV

• Build structured testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and offers

• Report insights and recommend scaling decisions

• Maintain strong operational execution and documentation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional media buying experience

• Proven track record managing profitable paid campaigns at scale

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in ecommerce, subscription, or direct-response marketing

• Familiarity with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or GA4

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $70–$160 per hour

• Annual Equivalent: $145,000–$330,000+ per year (full-time contract workload)

• Project terms are confirmed prior to project start
