UX/UI Designer

Job Overview

CoTrain is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer for a ecommerce client with a high growth trajectory and an established enterprise product and operations team.

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences and high quality interfaces across web and digital products. This role focuses on improving usability optimizing conversion flows and ensuring cohesive visual design across customer facing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web platforms landing pages and digital products
• Create wireframes prototypes and high fidelity design systems
• Improve user flows navigation and overall usability across digital experiences
• Collaborate with product engineering and marketing teams to implement design solutions
• Conduct user research usability testing and feedback analysis
• Optimize design elements to improve engagement and conversion performance
• Maintain consistent visual standards and design documentation
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user centered design and interface development
• Experience with design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar platforms
• Understanding of usability principles responsive design and accessibility standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product engineering and marketing teams

Preferred Not Required

• Experience designing ecommerce platforms or high conversion landing pages
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization principles
• Experience working in fast growing digital product environments

Compensation

Estimated Hourly Rate: $70–$160 per hour
Estimated Annual Equivalent: $100,000–$330000+ per year based on full time contract workload

Final compensation and project terms are confirmed prior to engagement.
