CoTrain is seeking an experienced Copywriter for an 8-figure ecommerce client with a high-growth trajectory and an established enterprise marketing team.

The Copywriter will be responsible for developing high-performing marketing copy across paid media, landing pages, email campaigns, product pages, and sales funnels. This role focuses on driving measurable performance, improving conversion rates, and maintaining clear brand positioning across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Write high-converting copy for landing pages, product pages, advertorials, and sales funnels
• Develop ad copy for platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
• Create email campaign and lifecycle marketing copy
• Collaborate with media buyers and creative teams to align messaging with performance goals
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and messaging
• Optimize copy based on performance data and A/B testing results
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all marketing channels
• Document messaging frameworks and creative testing insights

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional copywriting experience
• Proven track record writing conversion-focused copy for ecommerce or direct-response brands
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and consumer psychology
• Experience working with paid traffic and conversion funnels
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in ecommerce, subscription, or direct-response marketing
• Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page optimization
• Experience collaborating closely with media buyers and performance teams

Compensation

Estimated Hourly Rate: $60–$150 per hour
Estimated Annual Equivalent: $125,000–$300,000+ per year (based on full-time contract workload)

Final compensation and project terms are confirmed prior to engagement.
